Everything in this fairly clean hotel was good. The room was perfectly clean, airy with a big bedroom. The team provided a friendly service. The position of the venue was great and fab, right on the waterfront of the Lake. The bar was good.

Fantastic, wonderful personal with maid service and clean towels everyday. Marvellous setting, right by the center of Desenzano, restaurants and the ferries and the waterfront of the Lake. Besides, excellent for visiting a hilltop stone castle.

The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning. Situated right on the lakeside, we were treated to a breathtaking view of the lake from our room. It was truly a sight to behold.
The parking situation. While there was parking available, it was up a hill about 100 meters away from the hotel.

Great location with very helpful staff. This hotel is excellent value for money considering it is located right on the shores of Lake Garda. Beautiful piazza nearby with great cafes and restaurants.

Excellent room view at front overlooking lake! Breakfast choice very good and pleny of it. Good location for harbour / town / shops / restaranunts / castle. Fridge with water (bit pricy).
No tea making facilities in room. very thin walls; disturbed by neighbours crying children. unable to get English subtitles on tv.

The location was marvellous and pleasant, so close to heels, many restaurants and shops and the train station. Besides, I explored Desenzano Ferry Dock not too far away from the hotel.
